Headphone problem

Hi,

I have problem with audio output for headphones. When I watch YouTube videos or when I click on a button which hase sound, from headphones came an anoying noise. But when I hear music in music player, there is no noise. So I don't know it is firmware or hardware problem.

Honestly this is a new one to me too. Have you tried a repair/update to rule out software?

Yep, I tried it, but nothing changed. I find some people with the same problem, but no solution.

Have you taken the phone to sony centre?

Not yet. The Orange store, where I buy this phone is closed till 18th february.
