getting hot quickly

My phone is shutdown for normal temprature ... How to fix this issue ...

Does the phone give you any error message before shutting down?

I update my kitkat version 4.4.4, then only am getting this problem... Before that it was working good...

Error message is  " Due to high temprature your phone is shutting down " i'm in Ooty it's really cooling place...

yet, another problem i've got to look forward to, sounds like the worst one yet, the phone turning its self off! try erasing the phone, and use Sony PC Companion 2.1 to reinstall the update, please do this when the phone has cooled down, so leave it for about 3 hours, after that, dont install any extra apps, and use it for a day or two and get back to us all with your findings
