I run a program Update Servise (I download last version on official cite)  on your computer and not only when it steps to connect your phone to your computer slows down everything and the computer hangs perfectly still.After repeated reboots history repeats itself. What should I do? I have installed on your computer Windows XP SP3.

Hi there, you could try starting the computer in safe mode (press F8 while booting the PC then select Safe Mode with Networking) or if possible try another computer. If your phone is faulty you can also send the phone to an authorised service center for repair

At me the computer during that moment hangs at an insertion when the message "find new devices" stands out and the driver tries to be established. The safe mode hasn't helped. What it is possible to undertake?

I am also facing the similar problem. It always hangs & gives me "Out of memory error", this is really ridiculous and surprising to know that brand like sony ericsson can release a product like this. Its really irritating to start it each and every time and that too it won't get restarted fast.

This started happening since the day I purchase my phone(Nov 2010), I paid the visit a couple of times to service center at Bangalore, India & got software updates but all in vein, after sometime, again the problem started.

I dont know why Sony Ericsson is not taking action on this. My phone is already under waranty period, If I do not hear back sooner from them, I am going to lodge a complain in consumer forum, lets join me in doing that, they may end up in paying hefty amount, its high time now, money is not something which is easily earned.
