I cant send file thru bluetooth

I cant transfer my files properly on my computer, I have 3++ pcs of picture on my phone, when I try to paste it on my computer, 10 pictures only are there.

Can you please expand a little more on your question?

I understand that you are transferring files form the phone to the Pc by using Bluetooth, but tell me: are you doing this from the gallery or from another app?

Are the phone ant the Pc properly paired (are they seeing each other?)

When you do the transfer only a few pictures go to the pc?

this will help me get a better idea on the problem.

Hi last few days my phone is slow i think theres a virus on there because the 'avast mobile security' isnt working properly, i cannot send messages or phone calls. I dont know how i can fix it. i havent had this phone very long. please help!!
