Fake Sony ericsson w705

is new and high quality..    so  how can i check if it new or if this is actually the quality which sony ericsson provides now?

I have bought  through the internet a new (had to be) W705-   and after it came the quality is very bad but every thing appears to be working .. though i have W910i new which i know that

It have been pass over 2 month since i have posted this massage.

Though for what do you need pictures?  he is looking a little bit too cheap for its price but it have Wifi and 3.2 mp camera which i have tested for truth,

still my question was are there fake phones and how to check it.

I bought my phone through the net and it came not in a genius SE box. and under the battery there is a paper on which are wrote the details of the phone and the paper is not plastic cover and used to be in W910i.

You can check with SE whether the IMEI (serial number) of the phone (press: star-hash-zero-six-hash, to get the number on your screen) actually corresponds to the phone model.That would be a good start!

According to our system this phone is being registered as a G705. Now these phones are very similar. If you got the IMEI from both the software and the label, it is very likely it is a G705. If you got it form the software only, it's possible that it is a W705 body with G705 software.

In the phone status it is write W705 and the look is W705. so i have no idea why it is.

So can it be fake?   and can you tell me how fake phones are different from real?  in my phone every thing working .

A fake is always possible, but this certainly seems legitimate.

Where did you get it? I would also suggest a picture to have others take a look at it. If you can, also post the SI and Date Code (##W##)

He looking like a normal phone. i have checked with a friend who bought his own from Orange europe. and they are the same.

i have bought this one from china through the internet- unlocked and with out any brand in it ( had trouble before with a very  stupid branded phones).

So you can not tell the difference in look.

And can you explain what is date etc.. which you have wrote for me to check?
