ERROR:4002?

Hi! Kindly explain why ERROR: 4002 APPEARS WHENEVER I GO TO:

ENTERTAINMENT> GET IT! > MESSGAING > CHAT even if

I AM CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET. I wnat to make an Instant Messaging

in Facebook, too or Yahoo using ELM J10i2. Can I possibly do these?

and if ever that Error : 4002 exists,

does it mean that I won't be able to open the GET IT! in ENTERTAINMENT anymore?

Try running the SE update service on your phone and see if that gets rid of the error.

Dr. Chris, I tried SE Update Service recently...

Accordingly, SE said that I am using the latest...

bUT STILL, i AM experiencing ERROR: 4002

Any other suggestion, please...

If you don't get the option to re-install the software with SEUS (this is the "install" option on the bottom right), then try phone repair via PC suite which will re-install the software.Alternatively, try a Master reset.
