I have just bought a reconditioned phone from GiffGaff. At first all was well, but now the call quality for the other caller (the person on the other end, so to speak) is terrible.
Problems are:
1) Very bad echo of their own voice.
2) Lots of scratching/rustling unless the phone is basically not touched.
3) general static/poor clarity.
I've read hundreds of forum posts and contacted GiffGaff and I'm yet to find a solution!!
