Download Settings

I want to ask you people when i first started-up my vivaz yesterday it asked me to download somekind of settings.Can someone tell me what are these settings for?

it's your operator settings for MMS,SMS,WAP, it SHOULD be downloaded.

Actually im from Bulgaria and i want to ask what is access point?

I've noticed that i have some uncategorized connections.My first one is Mtel GPRS and the second is Mtel MMS.Does this mean that the settings are ok and that is the reason because i cant download them?Thanks very much.(mtel is my mobile operator)

Acess point is a choices of what kind of connection you want to use for Internet,MMS etc , in there you can have wi-fi,GPRS,WAP etc

If you can make and receive calls, receive and send SMS and MMS and connect to the internet without problems I'll think you will be ok. ( no need to download the settings, but if you want go to Mtel's website and look around for Mobile settings or such

Thanks.I've organized the files which are in the uncategorized folder.The Mtel MMS i sent it to MMS access point and Mtel Wap i sent it to Wap access point.I can sent MMS and connect via Wap.But i still don't know why i cant download the settings Thanks again.
