Digitizer broke? Holiday without my Digital helper:-(

Hello,

I'm on holiday in cambodia.
All of the sudden my Touchscreen stopped working.
If i hold the phone at the right angle i can see a verry fine crack under the glas.
I guess my digitizer just broke?
I don't know how since there was no accident 😕

Since neighter LCD nor glas is damaged i guess i just need the digitizer replaced. Is this possible on the z1 compact?
Whats the normal price for the replacement?

Since i'm in cambodia and Thailand the next 3 weeks I guess i can get it cheaper Here? Anyone happens to know what prices are common to pay here? Or a good place to go for the repair?

The digitiizer and LCD are glued together, you will have to replace both, perhaps you sat on the phone, perhaps you had it in your pocket and bumped into something, either or you can contact your Local support to get it repaired, in the mean time, buy a USB OTG cable > connect a regular mouse > restart the phone.
