Customer service problems...rally master pro error?
I downloaded Rally master pro for my vivaz pro about 3 months ago and could not get it to work since. I was in contact with play now about this and sent them the java error message I was recieving. They told me they were waiting for a reply from their techinical team after two weeks of not hearing from them. I have now been waiting a further month (4 months after I started having the problem) and not heard anything from them. I emailed them two weeks ago to ask what was happening, and still not a reply! I am appauled at the customer service I have received, and I intend to take this further if I do not recieve a reply in the next week (I have emailed them again today). Has anyone else had problems like this?
Hey i think you 1st update your phone software and then try to install the game.
I also lost the game Rally master pro on my vivaz pro. As PlayNow doesnot supprot in my country, i can't download the game. Can you tel me how to get that game?
