Charger cable,earphones

The charger cable that came with my Xperia e4 broke during charging about 4 months after my phone was purchased and I had to bend it into an awkward position to charge it for about 8 months after that then it just wouldn't charge it at all so I had to get a new cable but I don't see why I had to spend more money on a charger cable. And my earphones.... I didn't get any with the phone and the earphones I do have only the left side works and they are brand new. I have had to get at least 10 pairs of earphones since the phone was purchased can you explain why? Thanks

Items in the box vary per region and even network/carrier

Google the model number to find out, or send jvc an email asking which standard they support for that model
