Phone and PC companion says- latesr is installed. No updates aviable. 
And it would be ok,if i didn't check the wikipedia, and found out that my version is 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich), while everyone else seem to be on 4.1.1 — 4.1.2 (Jelly Bean)

or am i wrong and new andro is not abiable for SonyGo?

just like any other update you have 2 options

1) wait for the update to be approved and release in your country 

or 

2) manually update your phone
