Cannot move data from phone memory to SD card

Hello,

I'm running out of space from my phone memory.

When I try to move an app to the SD card I get the messgae "Couldn't move app".

I have the same problem as him and did all he did. My Xperia Go used to have an option under storage to move everything to the SD card, but now it's gone. I "fixed" the phone through Sony Bridge for Mac, which cost me a lot of time in restablishing things as they were but it remained the same. I have 20 GB of music that cannot transfer back from iTunes to the SD Card.

Can you please help?

I made a software repait not long ago, I don't think it will solve the problem

May I know the method you used to move app?

I go to Settings, Apps, I click on the app that I want to move end then on "Move to SD card"

Visit your local service centre and have your phone checked.
