Cannot move data from phone memory to SD card

I'm running out of space from my phone memory.

When I try to move an app to the SD card I get the messgae "Couldn't move app".

Restart phone and try again. The other option is to test with another SD card.

Be sure to backup your data as this process will erase phone data completely.
