cannot connect to internet

I have had my mini pro for 2 days and it won't connect to the internet. It is on 02 pay as you go. When I hit browser it says the web page is unavailabe. Any suggestions as what to do in laymans terms as I am not very clued up on these things. Many thanks

O2 should have sent you a text with the correct settings for your phone you then need to apply these setting by opening the test and clicking save when asked

if you didnt get these you can request them again by texting  ACTIVE to 2020. or sometimes there is an actual icon of a sim from o2

in the apps menu you can click to get the settings

sometimes you need to switch the phone off and back on after saving

if you already have the settings installed then it looks the best option would be to contact o2

Hey Sniperdude your are an absolute star!

I text ACTIVE to 2020 but was still problems as there was no prompt to save the settings just a text message saying it should be working...but it wasn't.

After a few attempts I realised I had to drag down the tiny icon at the top of the screen then activate it that way. We're now up and running.
