Can't sync again with Media Go

I initially synced with Media Go and all of my music transferred, but now that I have made some changes on Media Go, I don't know how to make them transfer to my phone. I connect my phone to the computer, and my phone shows up as a F: drive device. I am used to iTunes and there being a Sync button. Any help?

Just connect the phone to the PC, mount the microSD card on the phone after you hear the tone.

Use your Windows Explorer to go into the microSD card directories. If you want to put in mp3s or mp4s, just create a music folder and dump them all in. playlist is formatted in m3u.
