Call receiving issue

I am facing call receive issue. Whenever i get an incoming call and i slide the green button to accept it, both of the buttons disappears and phone keep ringing. This is happening in every 4th to 5th call i receive. Please help urgently..

Do you experience the same behavior if you start the phone in safe mode?

I have rebooted the phone into safe mode, i will keep check and will update if it occurs again. Kindly keep my querry on hold till 2 to 3 days..

Dear Support,

I operated my XPERIA L in safe mode for two days after resetting it to factory settings. It worked fine without any issues reported within this thread. Now i restarted the phone to normal mode and got the same issue in very 1st call i got.

Also just after the update to JB 4.2.2 i am not able to use enter key in messaging, when i touch the enter key it does nothing... also there are no smileys in messaging...

I luv my phone but its embarassing me in front of my friends, relatives and colleagues...

Please help...

You can add a smiley key on the keyboard if you go to settings > language and input > settings icon to the right of Xperia keyboard > keyboard appearance > additional keys. 

Are you sure that you have uninstalled all downloaded apps since it works when you have the phone in safe mode? 

In that case you may have the phone examined at a service center. Please contact your local Xperia support team for more information:

Dear Support,

I have uninstalled all the apps by doing factory reset before moving onto safe mode. The problem i am reporting does not specifically related to my phone. My brother using Xperia J is having same issue, also one of my cousin using Xperia SP is having very same problem. I will visit the sony service center and update this this thread here, but as far as i see, its beyond the scope of those service center guyz and sony itself have to look into it deeply and launch a patch or something to rectify this problem. I can provide with the serial number of these phones (Xperia L, J and SP) or anything else that sony needs from me.

Regarding the problem you are experiencing with the call there must be some application that causing the problem since it works fine in safe mode. Check under settings > apps > downloads and try to uninstall some. 

Regarding the keyboard problem, have you tried to reinstall/repair the phone software using PC Companion?

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > "Repair phone".
