C510 music "failed" msg

How do i fix the failed message when i play music? Every time i play a song, it finishs the song but it doesnt go to the next song or repeats itself and Everytime i press play again, a box appears and says "failed".

In your Media--Settings--Update media: select this and let it update for a few minutes and see if this helps.Failing that, run the SE Update service on your phone.

when i updated through music, i selected update, they asked if i wanted to, i confirmed but nothing happen after that, i waited for a while but nothing. i updated through SE update on the phone but they couldnt find anything. Then i updated from the updater program for that phone on the computer but nothing, i still get the error =/

Then I suggest you do a Master reset, but remember to back everything up beforehand.

I did that, backed up through the pc suite and did a master reset but i still have the same problem
