Broken display

I bought z3 plus 6 months back and last week wen I was charging my mobile, I placed it on my couch and it just slid and fell down and I was shocked to see that the display was broken along with the tempered glass and when approached the service centre,they replied that this doesn't comes under warranty and the display costs 15k. I didn't expect such a feeble display from Sony which couldn't take even a lil bit of shock... Totally disappointing and I would like to know whether it comes with a corning gorilla glass or not

According to the information I have the Xperia Z3+ has a Gorilla glass on both the back and front of the phone.

Although service and warranty procedures vary from market to market, as far as I know external damage (such as damage caused by dropping the phone) is not covered by warranty. I would advise you contact your Local support team for further information about warranty. In order to have your device however, my recommendation is that you have your device sent to an authorized service centre to be examined and repaired.

R u sure abt the gorilla glass? Coz nowhere it has been mentioned abt the gorilla glass

I know it might be hard to find information on what type of glass that the phone uses but according to the information I have the Xperia Z3+ uses a Gorilla glass.
