Try this:
1. Turn off your Phone
2. Turn off your Bluetooth Device
3. Restart the BT device (press power button until it flashes red/green)
4. Simultainiously hold down Power button and the call button - this will reset the BT device.
Hope this helps. The trick here is that you need to turn off your Phone in order to be able to reset your BT device.
