Hai friends Iam using z3+ dual and it get black screen after dropped on water and i immediately put charge on my phone Now my phone get black screen but the touch is working plz say any remedy
I'm sorry to hear about this issue, you have to contact your Local support and request a vacuum test, this will prove if you have a faulty phone or if it was your fault.
