Battery problem.......again!

Till now my battery lasted about 4 days!!! Today, during the night, the phone consumed about 50% of the battery!!! I had charged it fully and just unplugged it!

What the heck happened again?

i have the same problem, on regular use my X8 battery could stand for 2 days, but last night it just lost 20% of power in 10 minutes. so i charged it fully and turned it off, but in the morning when i turned it on, only 5% power left. i try to flash it again using seus, but not working, turned it on again and the result is 50% of power lost in just 1 hour. not using wifi, all apps off, display brightness sets in 25%...

me too...for my 2nd day using this phone...i was fully charged myphone to 100%..then i slept..

and after wake up...the phone consumed about almost 70% of the battery!!! *shocked...

and after i google about the battery problem... i was found on how to maximize the battery...:smileywink:

1) decrease the brightness of the screen:

1. From the Home screen, find and tap Settings.
2. Tap Sound & display.
3. Scroll to Display settings and tap Brightness.
4. Drag the slider to the left.
5. Tap OK.

2) To turn off Bluetooth

3)Only use location services when needed.

4)Turn off push email and synchronize your mailboxes manually.

5)Charge your phone often. The battery lasts longer if you charge it frequently. <-----work perfectly

6)If you are in an area with no coverage, your phone repeatedly scans for available networks, which consumes power. If you can't move to an area with better coverage, turn off your phone temporarily or use Flight mode

7)Browse the web with Wi-Fi™ rather than mobile data networks and turn off Wi-Fi™ when not in use.

8)Close running applications when not in use.

9) lastly,,,at the upper phone...always push the button lock to minimize the using of the display.. < also work perfectly, and save mybattery well.

i suggest u to check the battery use. go to settings--> about phone ---> battery use..

check on that...will show you..that the display is the highest ranking on phone consume of the battery. but it is normal for the smart phone to charge it frequently..

Im using x8 fo nearly 4 months...nothing really maximize the battery..feels like im gonna stop using SE phones.

but i think...all the smart phone got the same problem with the battery...:)

try to charge the battery frequently.

Put it in flight mode and see  what happens. If  the battery discharge seems normal on flight mode, I suspect the are running applications taht are not  closed! Are you still on warranty? Read what I did and my ultimate  solution when everything else failed at

Well, the hardware it´s great, has everything I want, but I can´t use it as I wanted to, including games, app´s... Because if I used just one or two hours do play, the battery it´s gone. Hardware it´s now difficult to do something, but about the OS... I can´t install app´s as I want because I have a 8GB card but can´t use it!!!
