The Xperia M5 does not support Qualcomm Quick charge I'm afraid.
The time it takes to fully charge a device can depend on a lot of things, such as apps running in the background. The information I have, however, is that it can take four hours and 10 minutes to fully charge this model. So I would say that about three and a half hours to fully charge your phone is perfecty normal.
