Hi,
I am using Xperia M dual for the last 8 months, i am using BSNL (SIM 1) & IDEA (SIM 2).
While connecting with BSNL 3G, My mobile gets restarted in every 3 to 5 minutes. i contacted the customer care office in trivandrum. They said that it is a known issue and they are helpless. Any way they tried to update a complete software updation, as expected the issue still exists. I contacted Sony (via mail) but never got any reply from their side.

i think your phone gets heated fastly while using 3G network.. that's why the phone keeps restarting..
No, Heating is not the reason.
Sometimes it will be restarted when 3G is just switched on.

Hi BSA,
do you have any feedback?
I have the same problem here in Austria with the SIM from 3 (Hutchinson) , the second Sim is from O2 Slovakia and is working without problems. I have also noticed that with deactivating the Second SIM, the phone stops restarting.
I have changed the SIM at 3, but did not helped. I will try to change the O2 SIM.
I have also tried several Android distris - currently I am on cyanogenmod but this also doesn't solve the problem....
PS : I did not had this issues before : 1st Sim : Vectone Mobile Austria (Virtual Provider hosted by T-Mobile) & 2nd Sim O2 Slovakia
Hi,
No, I didn't get any support to resolve the problem.
And at last I changed the service provider
Regards,
I have exactly the same problem here in Austria using sims from "drei" (3, hutchinson) and "t-mobile".
As soon as I switch to GSM-only the restarts stop.
Did you find any solution?
