new bought XA2 keeps shuting down and can't be solved by Xperia Companion or factory reset. Send back to Sony Service Center and get the unit repaired. Sony fixed the problem by replaceing a new main board as I found the IMEI number changed. So the shutting down was a hardware problem as I supposed.
