Well, if deleted from phone, you might want to check www.photos.google.com to see if they're backed up, if not you might need to try installing a program on pc called EaseUS which will scan a storage for deleted files and give options for recovery. It can be a long process, and not 100% will recover, but in my experience, most were recovered.
