Recently my phone has started calling others whist I'm already on a call. I can hear the person I called but also hear the other phone ring. I didn't think this was possible. My phone has been in my hand at the time so I couldn't see what was happening on the screen. Is this normal and how can I stop it. I've had to hang up on important calls.
