Problem bluetooth pairing

My device is not dectating any bluethooth devices nearby... When i have updated my phone with new updates

Could you test the Bluetooth?

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test Bluetooth

I've had the same problem since the last update but instead of not finding any Bluetooth devices, my Bluetooth won't stay on. I get a message saying Bluetooth share app has closed and Bluetooth turns off then back on and continues in a loop until I go to settings and turn it off. I can't turn Bluetooth off from the quick settings in the pull down menu. Also I ran the diagnostic test and it failed. I attempted to redo the test and it fails immediately.

Yes, the problem which I faced is this looping.
