microphone problem

The new bought Xperia XA1 ultra, has problem during call with main microphone. Even adjusted the volume to highest, other end said that my voice is very weak.

1) what is your cell signal level?

2) disable LTE, switch to HSMA/HSDMA and check for call q-ty

3) change your sim card to other ISP

  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap More.
  4. Tap Mobile networks.
  5. Tap Preferred network type.
  6. If you want to use 4G, make sure it's enabled. If you just want to connect to our 3G network, make sure that WCDMA (preferred)/GSM is enabled.
