To send and receive MMS, you need the correct MMS settings in your device. If you are not sure if you have them installed, you can download them in Settings > Network & Internet > Internet settings.
After they have been downloaded and installed, you may need to restart the device and keep in mind that some operators needs to have mobile data activated in order for you to send and receive MMS.
