Hi, my tablet charged battery very slow. Help. Its new.

Guys... Tablet has a 6000 mAh battery. If it starts from 0% (dead device) battery is charged very slow for a while, then speed increases and about 90% (moment, when LED turns green) it slows down due to specific of Li-Ion battery.

Supplied wall charger has 1500 mAh power output. Doing simple math means 4 hours and some minutes is a bare minimum. When device is on (screen off) some power goes to device, there is also some energy loss during charge process itself. I think up to 5 hours for Z2 tablet with fully discharged battery is near to normal.

Also try to avoid discharging the device below 10-20%. This way you can extend battery lifespan

How slow is the device charging, what type of percentage an hour?

Hi and thanks, I think it takes likes 5 hours from 0 to 100 percent

In most cases the tablet would be at full charge within 2 to three hours if charged via a Wall outlet. This may be due to applications running in the background when trying to charge the tablet.

I suggest that you restart the tablet before you start the charge process.

Hi Jake, it took 3 hours for 60% of charge, its that OK?

Can you try loading the device in to Safemode and then trying a charge to the device.

Im going to try and I give you notice forward

It took 3 hours to go to 60% in safe mode

ernestorendonb

Then it took 1:45 to go from 60% to 100%
