I preface this by saying I have tried every thing here
ive even reset, hard reset and updated via pc.
The WiFi goes on, connects to a router then disconnects. The wifi logo in the drop down is greyed out, without the line through it. it will then reconnect and drop again. it continues like this perpetually till i turn it off.
The only option I see is to take it back to EE to repair as its still under warranty.
Are there any other suggestions?

you should send it back or get it inspected, it could be a hardware issue.

I have even tried connecting through the service menu, nothing happened for about 5 mins so I quit that
