Cannot Update 17.1.1.A.0.402

Hi

from a couple of weeks my tablet xperia wifi z2 (SGP512) tells me the new update.
I downloading, but finished download I get an error, impossible to verify, and does not go forward.
does anyone know help me ?

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

If you have been trying to do the update via PC Companion check if you may be able to do it via Update Service instead.

thanks for your answer.
I tried the suggested solution, unfortunately it did not work.
The problem is my tablet.
for the use of some apps I had to unlock it.
I thought that this was not a problem for updates, but I was wrong.
