My wh-1000xm5 headphones suddenly started to disconect and shut down randomly by themself.
Have read the manual, have upgraded software, not conected with other devices.
Have tried to reset the headset, phone and reinstall the app, but it does'nt help.
I've made sure the headset is fully charged.
This is probably the best (and most expensive!! 3500,- NOK) headset I've ever owend when it comes to soundquality and aditionly functions,,,, -when it works,, This is the second set of this type of headphones with this bug,,, I realy would like to keep the headset, but if I don’t get a solution on this problem I'll return them and go for another brand!
