I have received some brand new wireless earbuds today and only the right one is charging in the case and is working when connected to my iphone. I have left them charging in their case for 3 - 4 hours and its still the same.
I cant see if there's an on or off switch or that I am missing something obvious or whether I should return them for a new set?
The app shows just one charged up but I cant get the other to come alive or go in blue tooth mode
Has anyone got any ideas?

It sounds like you have a faulty unit. Maybe take it back to the point of sale for an exchange.
