I have tried every hack and tip to get the left ear bud working to no avail. Tried to use warrenty and phoned Sony. They are 3 months old and the one earbud gave up after 2 weeks. Sony do not repair but replace - thats fine but I have to take them to the original retailer. As I bought them at an airport that I am not returning to that is not possible. They refuse to replace and state the retailer must do so. Awful will never buy Sony again
Your first point of contact is always with the retailer that sold you the product, unless of course you buy them direct from Sony.
Okay so you are not going back to the airport anytime soon but does the retailer at the airport have any branches on the high street or an online presence where you can go and make your claim for a warranty repair or replacement.
