WinDVD BD for XP

Hi, where can I find a full copy of windvd bd for XP so I can play the damn Blue Ray disc on my FZ11z??!

Unfortunately the pre-installed applications that came with your FZ11Z are not available to download..

You could purchase something like cyberlink BD or restore Vista back onto your FZ11Z using the Vaio recovery discs..

Hi,

Best way is to download the WinDVD BD 160MB update for the AR21S for Vista, use an unpacker like HWUN to get around the initial check for model type and install from there.

This was the only way I could get WinDVD BD to install on my AR21S after reformat and clean install.

That is the Vista version Jason. A full installer version is available for Vista.

There is no installer version available for download for XP. This will only have been provided as a preinstalled application with a new Vaio sold with XP and with a BD Drive (AR21S).

Vista machines downgraded to XP will lose the Sony Applications and you will need to buy all the necessary software for use with XP.

Thanks Thalamus. I installed PowerDVD 7 Ultra and it works good now with the Casino Royale Blue ray disc.
