Webcam busy

I have a vaio fe41m, and i have a problem with the motion eye cam integrated.

All the times that i want to use, say me that is busy. But is false, there arent any program used it. And always that i want to use the webcam i must to reboot.

Someone has the same problem? How can i solve it

Have you installed the VAIO Camera Capture Utility update Version : 2.2.01.04100 from here , then downloaded and installed the Microsoft Camera Hotfix KB931812 (I've attached this file below)
