Vista home premium

Can anyone please tell me is it possible to fit a better graphics card to my PCG-FR315M, if so how and where do I get one. Microsofts site tells me I need one to run Vista Home Premium satisfactorily, also I should change my DVD ROM for A DVD RW is this also possible.
