vgn-z26 inbuilt motion eye camera not detected

Hello - I am having sony vaio vgn-z26 laptop with windows vista business edition. The motion eye in-built camera is not working, i.e., not able to detect the camera. I do not see it in hardware devices list. How to activate this one? Recently a bios reset was done by sony service centre , after that this problem started appearing. Is there any driver software for the sony motion eye inbuilt camera that is missing?

Is the camera listed in Device Manager under Imaging Devices, if so is there a warning triangle against it?

If it is not listed under Imaging Devices do you have any unknown devices listed?

If it is not showing at all in Device Manager then it is almost certainly a hardware fault.
