VGN SZ3 is getting very hot

I have windows vista running on my notebook and every time i operate it, it is getting really hot. I can't touch it. Is this normal or something isn't working right. If anyone has the same problem, please tell me or just help me.
Also, when i am stopping a usb device such is flash disk or external hard disk drive, there is a message telling that i can disconnect the device but the light on the flash disk is still on, with windows xp the light was turned off.

If you can't touch it safely, then yes it's a problem and you should contact VAIO-Link

Did your Vaio run hot before you upgraded to Vista..?

Have you installed all of the drivers and updates for SZ3 from here (ensure you select Vista as the operating system before downloading.. )

It was getting hot normally, now i think it is more hot!
I have installed all the drivers as the manual sony sent me with vista.
Which driver do you think must be installed to solve this problem?
