VGN-SZ2M/B: Where's the Kensignton slot?

Hi all!

I recently purchased a Sony Vaio SZ2M/B notebook and I'm wondering whether it has a Kensington slot (to "chain" the notebook to a desk) and where it is.

In the manual on page 17, it only says it has a "security slot". Is that a Kensington compatible one, or something compleatly different?

Anyone got the answer?

Hi Christian and welcome to the forum.

Yes, your model does have a Kensington (compatible) Lock Slot and it is located on the rear of the notebook to the right of the air vent (as viewed from the rear).
