I want to create recovery disc on my vaio but i can not find "recovery tools" on my computer can anybody help please

Have a look at Page 16 of your 'Troubleshooting and Recovery Guide' - you can download it here: -

You need 'VAIO Recovery Centre' in the Start Menu.

it is not there
