Hi,
we have recently purchased the VGN-AR41M which was pre-installed with Vista Home. Since then we installed a fresh copy of Vista Buisness. when we installed the sony uttilites and drivers for this model off the vaio website, i tried to start the camera capture software when it starts it has a error message 'an attempt to initialize the camera Failed please check if another software is using the camera' with the background blue and a sign saying no input in the top left hand corner.... ive tried re-installing it but it didint work. any IDEAS ?????
