No sound from Win DVD BD on AR31S

I tried to watch Monster House on Blu Ray with Win DVD BD but there is no sound from the movie! There is sound on the menu screen but nothing else. Also watching DVDs with it is fine. It appears with the Monster House Blu ray disc. I don't have any other disc to test.
Any suggestions or how to reinstall the player??

I would reinstall the drivers for the soundcard first

It plays sound with DVDs and even on the menu screen just not during the movie itself only with Monster House on Blu Ray disc so far. sonic stage, windows media player work ok. Just no sound on Blu Ray discs. I tried installing the update but i think its already on. It says the update is not for this version of win dvd.
where can i find the sound card drivers? Device manager says the driver is working fine.
