My VAIO update does not work. Clearly there should be updates after factory state. Even VAIO Care claiming there is a update but it will not update!
I hit check update on VAIO update and it searches and takes me to vaio-link.com/vu/default/log.asp which is a 500 - Internal server error.
Any suggestions?

There have been problems with Vaio Update for some while and your problem has been highlighted to support. In the meantime you can manually check and download available updates from the support page for your model.

According to Vaio Link your problem should now be resolved. Perhaps you could let us know whether this is the case and confirm that Vaio Update is now working for you.

VAIO Update seems to have been updated have yet to test if it is completely resolved!
Perhaps you would be good enough to let us know the results of testing when completed so that this can be passed on to support?
