Vaio Event Serivce / Fn Key

Hi

I finaly could install a clean xp without all the software(preinstalled). After that i did the tut. with the kpac thing.

I installed the driver,utilities etc. except the ISB and Vaio PowerManagm. Now the problem is, my Fn key still wont wokr.

Maybe u can help me out, the serivce is running[event.exe]

Hi MasterOfDisharmony,

Download the Original Utilities Package for your Vaio from Vaio link and then install the following, in order.

1 Sony Utilities
2 Sony Shared Library
3 Vaio Event Service

Once completed then re-boot your vaio.

You may have to do this more than once.
