VAIO Crackly Speakers.

Hi I have a VPCCB2M0E laptop under a year old and the speaker are so crackly i makes listening to any kind of media impossable.

Has anybody heard of this before ?

Have you installed the updated audio driver?

If that is not relevant and this only started recently then try a system restore back to a date when the audio worked correctly.

Hi,

Yeah i had installed the updated driver and your right it was that. I've wiped the laptop and put it back to factory standard and the original driver works perfectly. I wont be in a hurry to update drivers from Sony again.
