VAIO AR series, XP Media Center and TV tuner problems

I tried to config the tv tuner in my AR41M notebook and couldn't get dvb-t to work with Media Center. The problem is that in digital tv channels, the image gets frozen intermittently and sound doesn't work, although in analog tv channels didn't found any of these problems.

I tried several avermedia tv capture drivers from ar21/ar31/ar41 but all of them have the same problem.

Any1 knows the solution?

How good is the digital signal in your area and how good is your ariel ? It does sound like a weak signal.

Can you get DVB-T clearly on a TV?

in windows vista with preinstalled drivers all works perfectly, so it's not a weak signal, that's for sure.
However, i needed to install XP MCE and got that problem (only with DVB-T, not in analog), since there's no support for Windows XP for my vaio.
Maybe it's a drivers problem.
