Updating Bios

Hi, I'm a newbie on the forum. I checked for updates and updated the BIOS for my Sony Vaio PCV-RS604. But now my system info shows that my BIOS is more than 2 years old, and that I have to check for updates!

my BQ: Is the update for my BIOS really the newest one there is for my pc?

Yes, it would appear that the latest BIOS for your RS604 is 'version: 2003' and is dated 15/11/2004.
